The HR Business Partner ensures that departmental goals and initiatives are closely aligned with overall business objectives, driving cohesive and sustainable growth. In this role, you will support our Go-To-Market and Marketing teams in a fast-moving environment, acting as a trusted partner to leaders by staying close to the business, understanding evolving needs, and translating them into impactful people initiatives.
The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position in Austria is minimum EUR 56.000,-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
