Are you ready to make an impact in People and Culture (HR) operations and payroll? We are looking for an Employee Services Specialist (m/f/d) to join our P&C team in Vienna. In this role, you will be at the heart of our P&C Services team ensuring smooth and compliant processes across the employee lifecycle. You will manage both, complex administrative and payroll-related tasks, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and contributing to additional process e.g. Rewards or Mobility. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities and will ensure that all P&C measures are implemented accurately and on time. Your expertise will help shape local processes and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will:
You are a detailed-oriented P&C specialist with a passion for collaboration and service. You have an educational background in business administration or commerce (e.g. commercial high school or higher vocational school for economic professions) and solid 3-5 years of experience in personnel and payroll administration. Your strong understanding of labor legislation strengthens your background. We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 49.280 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus. Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the location you apply for.
