Backoffice - Sustainability & Supply (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erfassung und Dokumentation von Warenströmen
• Durchführung von Transferpreiskalkulationen
• Bildung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Finanzberichterstattung
• Pflege von Systemdaten und Verfolgung von Lieferungen, inklusive der Avisierung von Daten an Kund*innen
• Abwicklung und Überwachung von Proof of Compliance (POC) Nachweisen zur Einhaltung von Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen unserer Kund*innen

Unser Anforderungsprofil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. abgeschlossene Lehre oder Matura) idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik/Spedition
• Ausgeprägtes Maß an Zahlenaffinität
• Sorgfältige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägter Fokus und Präzision bei der Ausführung von Aufgaben
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel werden vorausgesetzt, Erfahrung mit SAP vorteilhaft
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil

Backoffice - Sustainability & Supply (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Recording and documentation of goods flows
• Conducting transfer pricing calculations
• Creating provisions and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintaining system data and tracking deliveries, including advising data to customers
• Handling and monitoring Proof of Compliance (POC) documentation to meet sustainability requirements of our customers

Requirements profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. completed apprenticeship or high school diploma) ideally with a focus on logistics/forwarding
• Excellent affinity for numbers
• Careful and detail-oriented way of working
• Strong focus and precision in the execution of tasks
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, are required, experience with SAP advantageous
• Business fluent German and good English skills, Italian is advantageous an advantage

Our offer: The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is 3.553,47 EUR gross per month. Depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience, we are of course prepared to offer a competitive overpayment.
