To strengthen our dedicated and international MM Packaging team, we are looking for a motivated Team Assistant (m/f/d) in our Vienna headquarters.

Your Role

You proactively take on various administrative tasks like travel bookings, coordination of meetings and workshops
You are responsible for planning various team events and a big meetings every year
You confidentially handle sensitive information in memos, reports, invoices and documents
You work closely with our MM Packaging plants (e.g. Spain, Austria, Germany)

Your Profile

You have a commercial education (HAK/HBLA) or a degree in a business related field
You have already gained a minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment
You are equipped with good MS Office user skills
You work independently, in a structured manner and have a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on service orientation
As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C-Level)
