Manager Digital Analytics (m/f/d) from 30h/w

MISSION

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a small team (3-5 people) within the Digital Analytics department
• Planning, management, and resource allocation for projects (utilization, capacity)
• Leadership and execution of complex, large-scale Digital Analytics projects
• Strategic consulting and development of clients in the field of Digital Analytics
• Promoting the professional development and expertise within the Analytics team
• Development and expansion of the Digital Analytics service portfolio
• Responsibility for large projects, commercial aspects, and escalation management

PROFIL:

• Several years of experience in Digital Analytics and Digital Marketing, with a focus on data-driven channels
• Expertise in Digital Analytics, particularly Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and integration with the Google Advertising Stack
• Solid expertise in managing key account clients or large scale projects
• Experience in team leadership
• Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus
• Experience with additional MarTech stacks (e.g., Matomo, Adobe, Tealium) is a plus
• Knowledge of BI technologies and data-related special projects (e.g., CRM, DWH integrations) is desirable

We offer an attractive development model and give you the opportunity to actively influence your annual income (up to 25%) based on your individual performance, starting with a gross annual salary of EUR 65.000,- for this position.
