B2B Marketing Expert (w/m/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The B2B Marketing Expert plays a key role in supporting local sales teams across the NE region with 360° marketing initiatives. Joining us - in this 18-month fixed-term role - you will strengthen B2B and B2B2C partner engagement, enhance communication effectiveness and ensure consistent training and marketing activation throughout the region.

  • Create high‑quality B2B/B2B2C marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, trade show assets, digital content)
  • Collaborate with the brand team and internal/ external experts to develop impactful content
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that keep partners informed, inspired and engaged
  • Coordinate training materials and sessions (in‑person, e‑learning, webinars) in close alignment with sales teams
  • Co‑create and support virtual and in‑person events such as webinars, workshops, partner demos and conferences
  • Ensure a consistent, strong brand presence across all touchpoints
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product development, customer service and other teams to deliver tailored marketing support
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing activities to drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOU

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong background in content marketing and PR, preferably in multi‑country or regional environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and optimize campaign performance
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing best practices
  • Fluency in German and very good working knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, writing and editing skills
  • A proactive and innovative mindset paired with strong attention to detail and team spirit

Salary

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at EUR 50,000. The actual amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
