GRAPHIC DESIGNER PRINT & DIGITAL

Your Role

• You design and develop high-quality visual assets for presentations, reports, campaigns and other corporate marketing materials & channels
• You create digital artwork, graphics and videos for the company's owned channels, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• You provide creative support to outlet centres by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and delivering innovative design solutions for B2C advertising.
• You collaborate on special projects, such as developing renderings, retail designs, mall furniture concepts, and shop signage.
• You build and maintain a Digital Asset Management (Papirfly) Portal for the company
• You support marketing initiatives with creative design for loyalty programs (applications) and new retail technology interfaces.

Your Profile

• You have a suitable education in graphic design, visual arts or a related field
• You have proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the outlet or shopping centre industry, for at least 3 years
• You are proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma etc.
• You are experienced in video editing
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, branding and advertising
• You are familiar with UX/UI design principles
• You have very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• You are strong in organization and communication, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; further language skills would be an advantage

Salary

The advertised position is subject to a collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR1,950 per month, with the potential for overpayment based on your qualifications and experience.
