We are an international real estate and private equity company and are in the process of setting up our new office in Vienna which will serve as a key hub for our international investment activity across Europe
Office Manager/Assistant
Your responsibilities include
- Responsible for overall office management, offering administrative support for the executive leadership
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Facility and office inventory management (including media technology, telephones, furniture, security systems)
- Management of office rental and utility agreements
- Organise onboarding programs for new employees
- Support cross-border document management and communication flows
This is your profile
- You have completed commercial or business administration training and ideally have experience in a comparable position.
- You have a strong affinity for process optimization.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills and some fluency in German. Hungarian is advantageous but not a must.
- You enjoy working for the local unit of a global organization.
- You are confident in using common office applications.
- You work in a highly structured manner, and you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiative and team spirit, as well as loyalty and reliability, are also a given.
- Strong empathy, intercultural communication skills, and high motivation complete your profile.
Offer
- Part-time 25-30 hours/week (permanent position)
- Workplace: 1010 Vienna
Salary
The actual minimum salary is 2,500 EUR gross per month (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
