Do you have a passion for digital tools, technical content, and making learning more accessible? Join us at GoodMills and become an integral part of the GoodMilling Academy, a new technical training initiative in the flour milling industry. We're looking for a motivated intern to help us build and organize multilingual training content that supports the next generation of production and quality professionals.

Internship: Training Coordination & Content Development (m/f/x)

AI Supported Training & Development Intern in Food Technology I 9 Month

What you'll do

  • Support the creation of technical training materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Create and format technical assessments (e.g. Gap Analysis) as well as Training certificates
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and translation
  • Collect, organize, and migrate technical training materials (videos, manuals, etc.) into a centralized digital repository for easy access and future use.
  • Support training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, participant communication, and tracking feedback for continuous improvement.

What you bring

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Education, Business Administration, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT etc.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a multilingual environment; English is required, and Czech and/or Hungarian is a strong advantage.

Salary

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 1,900 EUR und 2,200 EUR gross per month (on a 40-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
