Our design team plays a crucial role in this mission in two main ways by:

• supporting our Marketing, Branding and Social Media efforts, and
• providing support to our product development team

Senior Graphic Designer

F/T (38.5 hr/week) - Based in Vienna, AT // Salary Range: From 4,000 euros per month (depending on experience)

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• report directly to the Global Marketing Director
• work closely with international cross-functional teams to craft consistent, on-brand visuals that align with Swandoo's values and voice
• lead in the planning and production of motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form video content
• design and produce engaging video and social media content for product launches and digital campaigns, for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• analyze engagement data and monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and content production to keep us at the forefront of innovation

Requirements

• can show a strong portfolio, clearly demonstrating their skills
• has at least 7 years professional experience with a proven track record in graphic design and in developing ideas from concept to implementation
• is qualified to Bachelor, Diploma or equivalent levels
• brings a hands-on creative attitude, with a passion for design, innovation and for bringing ideas to life
• has a strongly developed understanding of Design Principles
• is excellent with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premier Pro and After Effects
• brings a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to the team
• has the courage to express themselves, when proposing new ideas
• is comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced startup environment
• can collaborate with teams across various disciplines and time zones
• has a good sense of humor and ability to keep cool under pressure
• is fluent in English (German is a plus!)

Salary

The actual salary amounts to 4,000.00 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid.
